ISLANDS CERTIFIED LOCAL
The ARC has created the Islands Certified Local (ICL) program to recognize the efforts of local food establishments that buy from local farm producers. San Juan County food establishments interested in becoming part of the ICL program may contact the ARC at 360-378-6621
Look for the Islands Certified Local program decal in the window of participating restaurants, B&B's, schools, senior centers and other food establishments in the islands.
Participating food establishments pledge to use a 5 % minimum of local farm products.
